All about us
Who We Are
Hi, I'm Niamh and I am an experienced, fully qualified and insured Level 3 Dog Groomer with City and Guilds. I originally studied animal management at an animal based college and moved into studying dog grooming on completion of that course, and trained for two years to reach Level 3. I graduated college in June 2023 and I was finally able to open my own business in the same year. I absolutely love dogs and have two of my own, Cooper the Labrador and Benny a Borderpoo. The best thing about my job is seeing and working with dogs every day! Each one has their own wonderful personality and I am incredibly lucky to be able to do what I do.
Our Approach
We understand that grooming can be quite a stressful time for some dogs whether its other dogs being around, being crated, or just the groom in general. That is why we are a one-on-one grooming salon, and your dog will be the only dog in the salon. Your dog will not be crated at any point during their time in the salon and will have our undivided attention at all times. We also have a beautiful, enclosed garden where your dog can run around, let out some energy and have a toilet break during their groom. We aim to make the grooming experience as calm and relaxed as possible. Each dog is individual and we are happy to talk about any specific requirements or concerns you have. Our aim is to ensure your dog enjoys coming for their regular groom and has a wagtastic time with us!

- Full groom for double coated & long haired breeds - Bath with high quality products, blow dry, brush, styled as required, nail trim, ear clean, eye clean, nose and paw balm, fragrance spritz.
- Full groom for smooth hair breeds - Bath with high quality products, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear clean, eye clean, nose and paw balm, fragrance spritz.
- Bath,brush and blow dry - Bath, dry, brush, trim face/hygiene, fragrance spritz. Perfect for in between grooms for long haired breeds.
- Puppy splash and play - Suitable for all breeds up to 9 months. Bath, brush, gentle blow dry, eye and ear clean, paw tidy if needed and nail trim, fragrance spritz.
- Puppy university - Strongly recommended for dogs that need to be groomed regularly and clipping/cutting from an early age. Ideal from 12 weeks (post vaccinations) One price for all breeds.
Puppy University
The best way to get your puppy used to grooming is to enrol in Puppy University! This is available for puppies from the age of 12 weeks (post vaccinations) to 9 months. The course helps them settle in to the grooming environment over a period of 5 sessions, with a session taking place every 1-2 weeks. This introduces your puppy to grooming and helps them to learn how to behave properly during a groom. Puppies get used to the different sounds, smells and sights during the groom, gets to know the groomer, and how it feels to be groomed. Great value for money as the last session includes a full groom, and best of all your puppy graduates with a photograph and a certificate!
